Achieving the Admission Target across all courses. Heading the entire Counselors team & assigned callers in terms of their KRAs, targets, and day to day operations. Gathering periodic/monthly feedback from students across the courses regarding the quality of teaching and share the findings with management. Heading all the offline sales activities on a daily basis. Ensuring the smooth flow of lectures / Time tables. Coordinating and supporting the online branding and sales campaigns. Maintaining the facilities of the Office. Student fee collection / Parent Meeting / Counselling
