We map the skillsets & knowledge needed to be developed by new inductees with your Human Resources team using our ASK Benchmarks framework.

Each new employee download the ATS training app on their smartphones which tracks their learning and assesses their performance on a real time basis. Each employee’s progress is available on an online dashboard for our client to ensure transparency & quality control.

Currently our induction training is offered for the BFSI & Digital Business sectors
